Financial support comes principally from individuals and private foundations interested in educating economists to study and overcome institutional problems in their own countries. Many universities and other educational organizations provide in-kind assistance for workshops and conferences in the form of meeting facilities, meals, accommodations, and the like. They also provide funds for the Institute to bring alumni as visiting scholars or faculty. Financial support goes almost entirely to programs: our overhead is about 3 percent of our budget.
The organizations below have co-sponsored workshops and conferences jointly
with the Institute. Their sponsorship is greatly appreciated.
